RENTAL TERMS
The standard package includes the rental of the party room and access passes to the trampoline and play center area (according to the selected package: 15 passes (2 rooms) or 20 passes (2 rooms)).
If more guests participate in the party who wish to use the attractions, additional tickets can be purchased at a price of €7 / person. For guests (usually adult companions, e.g., parents) who do not use the attractions themselves, entrance is allowed with a “companion wristband” at a price of €2 / person. The party organizer receives two companion wristbands included in the party room package price.
The trampoline and play center pass grants access to the area and use of the attractions at Pärnu Skypark trampoline and play center during the party. Please note that the use of attractions is only allowed with trampoline socks/slippers with non-slip rubber soles. If you do not have suitable socks/slippers, they can be purchased on-site. There are also some paid attractions in the area that can be used with euro coins: €0.50 / €1 / €2.
The party room price includes the use of the party room according to the previously booked time; in total, it is possible to stay in the trampoline and play center area with a wristband for up to 2.5 hours. Preparation time for the party room is 15 minutes, and the party duration is 2.5 hours. At the end of the party, please clean the room and vacate the party room by the end time, so that the Pärnu Skypark team can prepare the room nicely for the next party.
Guests may bring food and drinks to the party room. Taking food out of the party room is not allowed, to ensure the maintenance of Taevapark OÜ’s property. Taevapark OÜ has the right to demand full compensation for damages, especially for the restoration value of property damaged by food.
Each party room is equipped with a mini fridge, a small worktop-kitchenette with a sink and kettle, and basic serving utensils (bowls, pitchers). Please wash all used dishes after use and place them back where they were taken from at the beginning of the party.
We kindly ask guests not to be barefoot in the center. Guests using the attractions must wear trampoline socks or non-slip gym slippers with rubber soles in the trampoline and play center area (to avoid the risk of slipping); guests not using the attractions (i.e., with a companion ticket) are allowed to stay in the area in regular socks/stockings.
Please bring outerwear and outdoor shoes into the party room – each room is equipped with coat racks and shoe racks for this purpose.
Taevapark OÜ does not provide childcare services. Children are the responsibility of the parent or the person who booked the party room, including in cases where the party is led by a party host. To ensure safety, we ask parents to supervise all their children attending the party.
Party rooms can be booked up to 3 months in advance.
Upon successful booking, an automatic booking confirmation will be sent to the email address provided during the booking process. If you do not receive the email, please contact Pärnu Skypark center immediately at info@parnuskypark.ee.
PAYMENT TERMS AND PARTY ROOM CANCELLATION TERMS
The rental price of the party room depends on the selected party room and the day of the week the party takes place.
When making a booking, you can choose whether to pay only the party room rental prepayment (€35) or the full rental amount immediately. If you pay the rental prepayment, the remaining rental amount must be paid at Pärnu Skypark center on-site just before the party, either in cash or by bank card.
For other services ordered in the booking (catering), the full amount must be paid immediately in the booking environment.
An existing party room booking can be cancelled/changed via the cancellation link in the booking confirmation email or by writing to info@parnuskypark.ee.
If the party room booker cancels the party room booking at least 14 calendar days before the planned event (party date), it is possible to receive a full refund of the paid amount. To request a refund, please notify by email: info@parnuskypark.ee (subject: refund; content: order number and attach the payment order).
If the party room booking is cancelled less than 14 calendar days before the event (party date), the amount paid for the party room booking (including additional services) will remain as a deposit, which may be used for a new party room booking. The new booked party must take place within 1 (one) year from the original booking date.
If catering is cancelled 72 hours before the party, it is possible to receive a full refund of the paid amount. To request a refund, please notify by email: info@parnuskypark.ee (subject: refund; content: order number and attach the payment order). If catering is cancelled less than 72 hours before the party, it is possible to collect the ordered food at the agreed time or the paid amount will remain as a deposit, which can be used for a new party room booking. The new booked party must take place within 1 (one) year from the original booking date.
